King Fresh Produce

King Fresh Produce traces its roots to 1933, when a 17 year old Dee Wilson left Oklahoma in search of a better life for his family in California. After finding steady work, Dee was able to buy land in Shafter, California. Three generations later, Dee Wilson would remain proud of his family that retains his unwavering commitment to hard work and honesty.

The King Fresh farming interests in the San Joaquin Valley of Central California represent over 3,000 acres of Table Grape Vineyards, Cherry Orchards and Citrus Groves. Their farms are located in the Southern and Central San Joaquin Valley of California, with a concentration of property near the Kings River that runs through the small farming town of Kingsburg.

King Fresh Produce is the marketing arm of Wilson Farms, and now in its third generation of Wilsons spearheading the company. Wilson Farms was founded by Keith’s father, Woodrow Wilson, following in the farming tradition of Keith’s grandfather, Dee. Keith himself heads King Fresh, where his children are now beginning to break into the family business.

King Fresh, grown and packed with pride.
