Jacobs Farm
Founded by Larry Jacobs and Sandra Belin in 1980 as a small organic family farm, Jacobs Farm remains committed to benefitting people and the environment for generations to come. Their mission is to grow great tasting, healthy food in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
They strive for a sustainable approach to agriculture, using sound business practices and organic farming methods. With their unwavering vision geared towards social change, they are proud to have helped many individuals and communities prosper.
Over sixty varieties of herbs and edible flowers grace their northern California coastal farmlands. The farm has pioneered organic growing practices and never used toxic, persistent pesticides or herbicides.
Founders Jacobs and Belin are deeply committed to sustainable, organic growing practices. In 2009, Jacobs and Belin received the Ecological Farming Association’s (Eco-Farm) “Stewards of Sustainable Agriculture” or “Sustie” award for their lifetime achievements in sustainable agriculture.
