Pre­mier Mush­rooms is located in North­ern Cal­i­for­nia and is one of Colusa County’s fastest grow­ing agri­cul­tural busi­nesses. The mush­room farm has seen tremen­dous suc­cess and growth in facil­ity size and pro­duc­tion num­bers over the past sev­eral years of oper­a­tion. The state of the art , envi­ron­men­tally friendly oper­a­tion pro­duces over 300,000 pounds of mush­rooms each week.

Lucky to have a stel­lar farm team — led by Edgar Gar­cia (Farm Man­ager) & Gabriel Roa (Com­post Man­ager), Pre­mier Mush­rooms has exper­tise to over­see the mush­room farm where they com­post, grow, process and dis­trib­ute high qual­ity vari­ety mush­rooms. The team is ded­i­cated to grow­ing mush­rooms with the strictest of food safety guide­lines. Pre­mier Mush­rooms has been the local mush­room sup­plier for Gen­eral Pro­duce since their first har­vest in 2006.
