Our Sacramento location is a completely refrigerated warehouse and dock to insure food safety and product integrity. Food security is enhanced with a secure yard, our own transportation fleet on-site and personnel present 24 hours per day.
Interior Control Room Refrigeration
Each of our rooms is an individually climate-controlled environment for optimum storage and shelf-life for products. We monitor our environment 24 – 7 via datalink monitoring. Our refrigeration system is custom-designed for maximum efficiency and reliability to sustain a perpetual cold chain.
Computer Racking System of Networks
State-of-the-art computer systems and off-site backup systems insure confident and timely order processing and loading of your orders.
We support a clean California! All of our trucks are CARB (California Air Resources Board) compliant. With 100 modern refrigerated trucks and trailers and our skilled drivers, we possess the ultimate flexibility to execute on-time deliveries and provide minute-to-minute Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking and communication of your orders. You can feel confident that you will receive what you want, when you want it, and how you want it!
Our banana ripening program can process over 25 loads of high-quality fruit per week. Pressurized ripening rooms with 24 – 7 datalink monitoring by our dedicated team of banana experts, combined with rigorous on-site inspection, assure our customers the desired color and ripeness they expect.
Order Selection and Supply Chain
Experienced order selectors travel through each of our climate-controlled rooms to select from over 2500 items. Our refrigerated dock and fleet insures a complete cold chain for produce from farm to its final destination. All items are subject to a rigorous quality control inspection upon arrival and departure at our facility, to ensure our customers receive the best possible product throughout the seasons.
